Q. I have an idea that I want for a cake topper, can you do it for me?
A. Yes, no problem. Send in your design and we’ll use it to design the perfect cake topper for you.
Q. I don’t have a design in mind, can you design something for me?
No problem. You just need to send us an idea of what you’re looking for a and we’ll design some mock ups for you.
A. I would like to have something other than a cake topper made out of acrylic, can you do that?
No problem. Please e-mail us with your requirements and we’ll give you a quote.
Q. How much are your cake toppers?
A. Price varies depending on colour. Check out our prices in our online shop.
Q. How long do I have to wait for my cake topper?
A. Usually, you will receive it within two weeks your from order being confirmed and paid for. However, if you’re in a hurry, please let us know and we’ll try to meet your needs.
Q. Are your cake toppers food safe?
A. Absolutely. We only use food safe acrylic for our cake toppers.
Q. What colours can you make my topper?
A. We have gold mirror, silver mirror, black, white, red, purple, pink, blue, green and yellow in stock.
Q. I would like a topper in a colour that you don’t have in stock. Can I order my topper in a different colour?
A. E-mail us with your colour preference and we’ll try our best to have that colour in stock for you.
Q. Can I check out my topper before you cut it?
A. We’ll send you an artwork proof of your custom made topper before we cut it.
Q. Can I make changes to my topper?
A. Yes, you can make changes to your topper. However, once you have confirmed the order and it’s been paid for, you will not be able to change or cancel your order.
Q. I don’t have a PayPal account, is there another way I can pay?
A. Yes you can pay via card through the Paypal checkout
Q. What are the delivery options?
A. You can pick up from Brunswick East or we can post it to you via AusPost Express Delivery for $8 which can take up to 3 working days to arrive. We’ll send you the tracking number as soon as we post your item.
Q. What happens next?
A. Enjoy your topper! We’d be grateful if you could send us a picture of your topper on the cake to use for our gallery. Also, you’re welcome to tag a picture on our Facebook page or on our Instagram.
